Khalil Abu Laila, said that Ehud Olmerts threats earlier Sunday against the Palestinians is not a new thing. The Israelis are trying to "end the Palestinian resistance once and for all through in conspiracy with certain "Palestinian parties". Abu Laila said that Olmert will never be able to "wipe out" the Palestinian resistance, on the contrary the Palestinian resistance will conquer the "enemy" and force it out of all occupied Palestinian lands.
Furthermore the Hamas Gaza Strip leader, Khalil Abu Laila, declared on behalf of the Hamas Movement, the absolute rejection of the deployment of international forces on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank - or even in the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948 - "because those forces' mission would be to preserve the "Zionist entity's security".
On the Sundays weekly session Olmert ordered his army to continue the Israelis assassination policy in shelling the Gaza Strip. Also he welcomed the PA chief Mahmoud Abbas's decrees outlawing the Palestinian resistance ".
Mahmod Abbas said a couple of years agoe -"Are there people who fire [from Fatah, too]? Yes, they are still firing, and this is a huge mistake that we must stop, and we must also stop others too".
The chief of the PA , Mahmoud Abbas have earlier said that he believes that a halt to Palestinian military actions would greatly benefit the Palestinians. - "The right thing to do is not to play in the Israeli field ľ that is, not to use weapons, but to focus on the political arena, where we could expose the Israelis and then either they would comply with the demands of peace or they would fall."!!.The Hamas Movement have asked Arab and foreign media along with legal institutions to shed light on the issue of abducted Palestinian Legislators and Mayors in the West Bank at the hands of "Abbas's forces",
As PalestineFreeVoice reported on Friday and on Sunday - the abducted Hamas Legislators, on the West Bank are subjected to severe torture, humiliation, insults and blackmail. Some of them has been taken to hostpitals because of injuries for severe torture conducted by Fateh elements in Abbas Forces.

Sources in the Palestinian intelligence, have revealed that the Israeli Shin Bet, in an Israeli court said that, the detained Palestinian ministers of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) members and mayors, must resign from their posts before they can be released. The abducted Palestinian Legislators must sign a written obligation to resign, as a precondition for their release from Israeli prison.
The Nafha society for prisoners' rights said in a statement, "This is an obnoxious measure intended to strip the Palestinian Legislative Council members of their posts."PLC members are describing these illegal acts, as a desperate attempt to eradicate the Palestinian legitimacy, in other words to steal the Palestinian rights to elect their own political representatives - and impose Israeli will on the Palestinian people.
The detained PLC members, are also quoted as saying, that they will "never accept such a "trade-off"- even if we will be forced to spend a lifetime in Israeli jails". The officials added that such a blackmail is a criminal attempt to obstruct the democratic prosses in which the Palestinian people gave the confidence to representatives - elected by them.

Hamas Affiliated Detained by Fateh - Reports of Torture on WB
In another ugly attempt to destroy unity among the Palestinians - the Palestinian police on the Gaza Strip, on Saturday denied reports, that they have complied with the Hamas Movements orders to return to their work. The Gaza police ( at large consisting of Fateh activists and supporters ) issued in a press release, distributed by the Fateh's media office - assuring the Gaza police force support of the " emergency "President Mahmoud Abbas and "emergency" Prime Minister Salam Fayyad.
The statement read that "the Palestinian police [on Gaza Strip] have never been so insulted as they were recently" .meaning after the Hamas Movements cleaning up of Fateh collaborators in the Palestinian " Security services " and in the so called " Presindential Guard ' - controlled by Mohammed Dahlan - as well as the traitors in different governmental ministries.
