Islammemo investigated the past and background of the new judge assigned by the occupation forces and the Shiite-Kurdish coalition for the trial of former Iraqi President "Saddam Hussein", this is the translation:
Wednesday, was the "new judge" "Mohamed Aribi" first trial, succeeding Judge "Abdullah Aloush" who was expelled yesterday by the Iraqi Prime Minister, occupation loyalist "Nouri Al-Maliki".
Full name: Majid Mohamed Aribi
Birth: Shiite born in Basra in 1960
After graduating from middle school in 1982, he was rejected in the "Iraqi Military College" because of bad character, security information, which came from his home town did not conform to the requirements of applicants to the College.

He was released after one year, and registered to the "Al-Turath College" - Civil Law and graduated with minimum acceptable rate of 51%.
He was invited to serve for two months in the army reserve in 1999 and did not attend the service, escaped to the marshes area and left his family, there he joined the Badr Brigade, and then he travelled to Tehran, to the headquarters of the Badr Brigade,
Returned to Baghdad after the invasion with elements of "Badr Brigade", and revenged from all those as he claims contributed to his imprisonment, one of those is an elderly man aged 60 years selling tea, he killed him at the door to his house, claiming that the Elderly man told his father that his son steals money from the restaurant.
He also killed a law professor at the events because of the professor’s insistence low marks in his college years.
Most of these killings happened under Jaafri - government, political analysts and observers consider it the worst government in the history of occupied Iraq.
Majid Mohamed Aribi assigned to this function (judge in Saddam court), while he was working as director of ceremonies in the "Green Zone".
