Members of Jaysh al Mahdi who are also part of the ministry of interior targeted a 16 year old girl named Samira and who lives in the Mansour District (area 650 no. 20).

They arrived at her house and knocked on her door. The minute she opened, they riddled her with bullets killing her on the spot and leaving her dead.
The crime of this young girl is that she criticized the criminal activities of the Jaysh Al Mahdi members of the Sadr Bureau in the Mansour district.

It is also important to note that these killers usually come from the Washash neighborhood close to al Mansour in the guise of Huseyniyat (religious shia groupings) also known as the Martyr al Sadr Bureau.
